1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of GeoBroo Visibility Checker (the “Service”), operated by GEO-BROO Digital Private Agency (“GeoBroo”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Cyprus. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service provides website analysis reports, including backlink data, organic keyword rankings, estimated search traffic, on-page checks, and an assessment of whether a brand is mentioned by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.

Reports are generated using data from third-party providers and live queries to third-party AI systems. We describe below the important limits on what that data can tell you.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Accounts are for a single user; you may not share access credentials with others.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Credits

Access to reports is based on credits.

• One credit entitles you to run one full report. Certain optional features, such as a Deep AI Scan or standalone keyword research, may consume additional credits, and the cost is shown before you use them.
• New accounts receive a number of free credits as a trial. We may change or withdraw this offer at any time.
• Credits do not expire.
• Reopening a report you have already run does not consume credits.
• If a report fails due to a technical fault on our side or that of a data provider, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Freemius Inc., which acts as the merchant of record for purchases. Their terms apply to the transaction itself, and your receipt and invoice are issued by them.

Prices are shown before purchase and may include applicable tax depending on your location. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.

For recurring plans, your payment method is charged automatically each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Credits already added to your balance remain yours.

6. Refunds

If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days by contacting us.

Once credits have been used, that portion is non-refundable, because each report consumes paid third-party data on your behalf. If you have used only part of a purchase, contact us and we will consider a partial refund at our discretion.

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.

7. Accuracy of data — please read this

The Service reports estimates and third-party measurements. Specifically:

• Traffic figures are estimates, calculated from ranking positions and search volumes. They are not measurements of actual visits, and they will differ from a site’s own analytics. Nobody outside a website’s own analytics can see its real traffic.
• Backlink, keyword and ranking data comes from third-party indexes that are updated periodically. Data may be incomplete or out of date.
• AI visibility results reflect what AI systems answered at the moment the check ran. These systems are probabilistic and their answers change over time. The same question may produce a different result later.

You should treat all reports as directional guidance for research and decision-making, not as guaranteed fact. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any data provided.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute or republish raw report data as a competing data product;
• use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond normal use;
• attempt to circumvent credit limits, security measures or access controls;
• use the Service to analyse websites for unlawful purposes;
• share one account among multiple people or organisations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. Where we terminate an account for a breach, unused credits are forfeited.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party data providers and AI systems, any of which may become slow, unavailable or change their terms. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, its interface, and its underlying software remain our property. Reports generated for you are yours to use in your own work, including in client deliverables.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost rankings, lost business, or decisions made on the basis of report data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
